Overview
A Payroll system which has been specifically designed for the aged
care industry.
The system is easy to use and very flexible.
It handles pay, leave accruals, history and complex superannuation
schemes and electronic transfers to banks, the ATO and superannuation
funds.
Entry of Pay Details
There are three methods for the entry of pay details.

Leave Planning & History
Periods of leave may be planned in advance and advised to the operator
for the pay period in which they start.
The leave planning function allows you to check that requested leave
is within preset levels for that type of person
The leave planning table also provides a detailed history of all
leave taken
Calculation of Leave
Leave may be accrued to one employee under multiple awards with
different accrual rates.
Pay Schedules
These allow employees to be grouped together for the purpose of

The Fringe Benefits Option
This optional feature provides for the automatic handling of Salary
Sacrifices for Fringe Benefits. Payments on behalf of employees
may be made through CrediCare or the sacrificed amount may be passed
to a third party, which deals with the payments on behalf of employees.
Back Pay Calculation
The system can calculate (using detailed pay histories) the additional
pay that would be due for retrospective pay rises.
