Care Systems has released an easy to use Excel tool that automatically produces WGEA reports from the PayCare payroll system.
What is the WGEA Report?
The Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) requires employers with over 100 staff to report a range of information about their employees. More information about it can be found at https://www.wgea.gov.au/report.
This information can be difficult to collate and calculate, so Care Systems has produced an easy to use Excel based tool to help you meet the reporting requirements.
How does it work?
The tool works in three easy steps:
- Automatically extract all relevant data from your PayCare database
- Update WGEA specific fields, such as whether the employee is a Manager, and their “Level from CEO”
- Summarise completed data in to the WGEA report format, ready to be loaded in to the official WGEA report file.
Extract Data from PayCare, and complete WGEA specific fields.
Automatically fill in the WGEA format report – no typing required!
