Single Touch Payroll version 3
We are pleased to announce that Care Systems has been whitelisted by the ATO for Single Touch Payroll. We are now undertaking the ATO’s “Product Verification Testing” process, which involves sending live information to the ATO for verification; before making the Single Touch Payroll update available to all clients in the coming weeks.
There have been many changes to the ATO’s Single Touch Payroll requirements over the past few months, with the final “version 3” format only being made available for use at the end of April. Our dedicated Development Team have been working closely with the ATO to ensure you have a smooth transition to Single Touch Payroll.
What we need you to do…
First and foremost, you must be running version Care Systems 9.08.05 to use Single Touch Payroll. Care Systems will be incorporating all Single Touch Payroll related changes into version 9.08.05 and higher. If you are on 9.08.04 or earlier, it is important to contact us to start planning your upgrade now. Please contact Care Systems as a matter of priority to schedule your upgrade.
Identify staff who will be involved with the Single Touch Payroll reporting and ensure that they have their own operator account with an email address.
