Improving customer service is a high priority for us. To help us help you, a new method to lodge and track client issues has been introduced. It is called Zendesk.
The Care Systems support team is confident Zendesk will speed our response time, improve our communication and allow for transparency in issue resolution.
Rather than telephoning an individual who may be unavailable, logging an issue through Zendesk means numerous team members are available to assist, while giving both internal and external oversight to the process.
Please pass this email on to each of your team members who use Care Systems, and encourage them to create a Zendesk account.
In line with increased industry activity, we are building our support team to serve you better! As part of addressing this increased activity we now have a new Support Consultant and Operations Manager on-board.
