Care Systems & Emprevo – an Integrated Solution
Emprevo’s mobile-first platform has been designed and built by experienced aged care provider Sapphire Care. Emprevo is now operating in more than 500 aged care locations throughout Australasia.
Emprevo eliminates the need for shift managers to manually SMS, phone or email staff to fill vacant shifts. Managers can spend up to 14 hours a week finding replacement staff for unfilled shifts.
Emprevo uses push notifications. There is unlimited use of push notifications to communicate with your internal staff to fill shifts based on their availability.
Care Systems Integrated Solution
Emprevo will be seamlessly integrated into your existing Care Systems solution, delivering the following benefits to your residential managers and staff:
• Publishing the working roster in Care Systems automatically makes unfilled shifts available to advertise to staff in Emprevo
• Recording late changes such as Personal Leave will also create shifts to advertise in Emprevo
• All shifts accepted on Emprevo automatically populate the Care Systems Roster, requiring NO data entry
• All staff can set their availability in the Emprevo app, allowing managers to see who may be able to accept a shift vacancy
• All staff will be able to view their standard rostered shifts, and new Emprevo shifts in the Emprevo work calendar
